This is vintage Art Deco Illinois Watch , Co. SPRINGFIELD, ILL. wrist watch . This is 14k gold filled, special Ed.. FAHYS MODEL , # 470208 . This is as found, and running, but I am not a watch expert or jeweler so I cannot guarantee anything as far as whether it will continue , and I am sure it probably needs cleaning, etc..
