Seiko Sports 100 7A48-5000 Moon phase 15Jewels quartz Chronograph Birth Year from July 1987 in lovely condition good size bracelet These were Some of the most popular 1980’s watches today are the Seiko 7A series, and the 7A48 was the most complex of them all.HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in July 1987CONDITIONSo why are the Seiko 7A28/38 and 7A48 models so sought after? They can be accurately dated to a year (and month) of production for a start. They are larger than most quartz watches of the 1980’s, so are more wearable today. The 15 jewel movement can be completely stripped and serviced, unlike some quartz watches. The cases are usually made of stainless steel, as with this model. And this movement was also a horological first – it was the first time a 1/10th second chronograph was made with a quartz movement, ever.This example has been used infrequently, as you see the case and bracelet are in lovely used condition so is the clasp which do mark very easy the bracelet is a good size at 8 inch just will fit smaller wrist as well . The watch even still has its back case sticker the only real marks are on the back case from poor battery change done in the watches past not by me .I have cleaned the large, original bracelet in ultrasonic bath so its save for new buyer the crystal is mint and as far as i know the one it came with new the watch has been used but not that much the dial and hands are in lovely condition all hands reset to zero with no issues all pursers work very easy . All the functions work as they should keeps very good time as these all seem to do has that lovely 15 jewels movement , including the quick set date and moon phase ( the Seiko web site will be able to tell you the exact phase of the moon wherever you are lots of info on line and you tube ). The The watch has been fitted with a new battery in the few weeks and been on test running very well if you need more help please let me know . This is a nice looking watch and i think in nice condition its not mint but in lovely condition for its years and to also have that lovely size bracelet is a bonus . guter Zustand, Uhr läuft.Gehäusedurchmesser ohne Krone 37 mm, mit Krone 43 mm.mit Original Armband (lässt sich noch größer stellen). ------------------------Es gilt für alle Uhren die ich anbiete folgendes: Alte mechanische Uhren sind keine neuen Uhren, sie laufen grundsätzlich niemals genau, auch benötigen mechanische Uhren wie ein Auto eine Wartung, d.h. eine Reinigung und Ölung (Revision) von Zeit zu Zeit, da ich kein Uhrmacher bin und das nicht selber machen kann und es oftmals auch mehr kostet als die Uhr selbst, und auch keine Ahnung habe von sowas und nicht in der Uhr drin stecke und man nie genau weiss wie lange und wie genau eine Uhr läuft, (Das kann und will ich auch nicht genau ausmessen) schreibe ich hiermit dass die angebotene Uhr möglicherweise eine Revision benötigt, dass diese ungenau geht, dass Batterien bei Quartzuhren die ich anbiete leer sein könnten und vom Kunden erneuert werden müssen. Auch möglicherweise vorhandene äusserliche Abnutzungen bitte den Fotos entnehmen, diese sind in gewissem Ausmass als normal anzusehen bei alten Uhren, der Zustand kann trotzdem gut sein auch mit leichten Gebrauchsspuren aus meiner Sicht und auch wenn sie technisch überholungsbedürftig ist. Die Uhr ist 37 Jahre alt, laut Seriennummer ist es hergestellt worden im September 1984 und seit dem nicht getragen. Der Auslieferungs- Aufkleber auf der Rckseite ist noch vorhanden. Immer noch mit vollen Funktionen: - Stunden, Minuten, Sekunden - Stoppuhr - Tag und Datum - Alarm (Laut) fr 7 Memory-Channels - Stundensignal - Tasten/Drcker Ton - Datenbank (Sign Table) - Licht ###Um Missverstndnisse etc. zu vermeiden (wegen der Verkuferschutz) werden alle meine Uhren vor dem einpacken mit allen Funktionen auf Video aufgezeichnet und festgehalten mit Datum und Zeitangabe.### Sign Table mit komplettem Alphabet, Zahlen und Sonderzeichen zum Speichern von Namen, Adressen und Telefonnummern. LC Display Anzeige ist klar und deutlich, keine fehlerhafte Segmente oder hnliches. Keine Gebrauchsspuren keine Kratzer vorhanden, ich konnte nichts erkennen eventuell bersehene Lagerspuren/Mikroswirls schliee ich nicht aus. Siehe Bild Nr. 4, das Glas ist Kratzerfrei in exzellenten Zustand. Gehuse hat noch seine ursprngliche schne volle Matte und Polierte Flchen siehe auch Bild Nr. 10. Besitzt natrlich noch das Originale Modelgenaue Seiko Edelstahlarmband fr Umfang bis ca. 18,5 cm siehe Bild Nr.12. Qualitts Markenbatterie wurde erneuert 03/2021.
