Seiko 7A38-7270 15J Chronograph Tachymerter Day/Date Birth Year July 1987 15Jewels quartz Chronograph Birth Year from July 1987 in lovely condition good size bracelet These were Some of the most popular 1980’s watches today are the Seiko 7A38 series, HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in July 1987This example has been used as you see the case and bracelet are in used condition so is the clasp all have some marks so has the bezel the bracelet not sure if came new with this type looks good on the watch anyway is a good size at 7.6 inch just or will fit smaller wrist as well .I have cleaned the bracelet in ultrasonic bath so its save for new buyer the crystal has few marks i can see one at 11clock is easy to see the dial and hands are in nice condition i would not say mint its a used watch from 1987 all hands reset to zero with no issues all pursers work very easy . All the functions work as they should keeps very good time as these all seem to do has that lovely 15 jewels movement , including the quick set day &date in French & English . The The watch has been fitted with a new battery in the last few weeks and been on test running very well if you need more help please let me know.
