Die Uhr wurde durch mich im Jahr 2020 bei einem britschen Uhrenhndler erworben. Sie wurde seit dem sparsam getragen, kleinere Zwirls sind vorhanden, aber nicht weiter erwhnenswert. Ausnahme bildet die Schliee, dort ist es etwas deutlicher zu sehen. Das lt sich aber jederzeit wieder polieren, ich habe den Zustand so belaasen, das muss der neue Besitzer entscheiden. Ansonsten ist die Uhr makellos, Beschdigungen gibt es keine, weder an Band, Gehuse oder am Safirglas. Alle Funktionen arbeiten tadellos. Die Batterie wurde durch mich im Mrz 2023 gewechselt und hlt demzufolge noch gute 2 Jahre durch. Abhngig natrlich von der Benutzung der Stoppeinrichtung. Das Quarzwerk ist hochwertig, der Sekundenzeiger ruckt nicht, sondern luft fliessend wie bei einer mechanischen Uhr ber das Zifferblatt. Die Uhr kommt vollzhlig wie bei meinem Kauf. Das Wechselband aus Leder ist unbenutzt, weiterhin liegen die gebogenen Federstege fr das Lederband bei, auerdem noch Ersatzglieder des Milanesebandes mit den Ersatzstiften. Die Uhr ist ja ein Nachbau der Bulova aus dem jahr 1970, welche durch ein mechanisches Werk angetrieben worden ist, dem Valjoux 7736. Auf Gund des Zifferblattes erhielt das Modell umgangssprachlich die Bezeichnung Stars ans Stripes . Das Modell wurde auch nur 1970 hergestellt. Die 46 mm Durchmesser klingen im ersten Augenblick etwas viel, relativieren sich aber am Arm. Die Uhr ist trotzdem sehr leicht und liegt gut am Arm. Ein echter Hingucker. Mchte man das Original von 1970 erwerben ( wenn man es berhaupt bekommt ) sind je nach Erhaltungsgrad um die 2500 Euro fllig. Mit dieser schnen aktuellen Uhr hat man also einen hervorragenden Ersatz , der vom Original im Aussehen 1:1 umgesetzt wurde. Inklusive mit einem zuverlssigen Quarzwerk. Bulova Special Edition Chronograph C ‘Stars And Stripes’ Men’s Watch This Bulova Special Edition Chronograph C ‘Stars And Stripes’ Men’s Watch Box Set 96K101 channels it’s American styling through the model it was inspired after in the 1970’s, named ‘Stars And Stripes’. The name comes from the colours used on the dial being the same as the on the flag of the USA. The set comes with an additional strap and a tool to interchange the straps according to your desires. The dial compromises of a blue and white base with accents coloured in a dark red. The Bulova logo is positioned at the 12 o’clock position with three chronographs accurate up to 1/10th of a second at the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock position. The hands, of which are powered by a precise quartz movement, are in the shape of rockets or fireworks inspired by the American 4th of July day.
