A great looking and well constructed Swiss manual wind watch by renowned maker of the period Marc Nicolet with the brand name Rondine on the dial . The watch has a feel and appearance of a higher end Swiss Watch - sets, winds and keeps good time - fine scratches to plexi and case but not sinister or off putting . This is a vintage wristwatch dating to circa 1965. This is beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. The watch runs well and keeps time. The time sets as it should. The case is yellow gold filled and it is about 31mm wide not including the crown. It is about 39mm long to the tips of the lugs. The movement is a high quality Swiss made hand winder and it has 17 jewels. The band is a new old stock , good quality Genuine Italian Lizard on leather replacement. The total length of the watch is about 8 3/4 inches. This uses a 17 to 18 mm band which could easily be replaced if you prefer a different style or length. The crystal is clean and clear and has no scratches. The dial is very nice and is depicted accurately in the pictures.
