THE DIAL: 100% mint, the white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals, luminos dots and signed Omega and Swiss Made. Dial with cathedral hands and seconds hand. Diameter is 27 mm. The new crystal is also in excellent condition. THE MOVEMENT: 100% mint, with typical Omega plates. The watch with a compensate regulator and two arm bimetallic balance, with overcoiled hairspring. The movement fully signed Omega, and with 15 jewels. The movement with an Omega stamped winding button. The movement with number is 9,957,xxx dating the watch to 1939. The watch is a fabulous example of high grade Omega engineering. The watch is much brighter and crisp than in these dark photos, which are limited by my camera and lighting equiment. The watch is in very good working order for its age, with a non-magnetic cage around the movement. THE CASE: 95% mint, the stainless steel case measures 33 mm outside diameter and 41 mm to ends of lugs. The case is in excellent condition, with a screw on rear cover and normal wear and fine marks to lugs at front and rear. The watch case with number of 2279.
