Like New with winding box, setting pin, hang-tags, additional solid caseback, and papers dated July of 2012. This watch was just completely serviced by Patek in February of this year. This is a platinum Patek Philippe Retrograde Perpetual Calendar 5496P-001. It has an alligator leather strap with a platinum deployant buckle with a Calatrava clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has an exhibition snap-on sapphire case back with an additional alternative solid case back. The 39.5mm diameter three-body solid case, angled bezel, and downturned lugs are polished, with a top grade Wesselton diamond set into the case band at the 6 oclock position. It has a satin silver dial with applied white gold faceted baton hour markers, dauphine hands, and a center sweep seconds hand, with an outer dot minute/second track. There is a rectangular month aperture at 3 oclock, a matching day aperture at 9 oclock, and a subsidiary moon phase indicator at 6 oclock. A retrograde date arch is between 8 and 4 oclock, with a red arrow-tipped hand, and a leap year aperture window under the 12 oclock position. Its water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 45-hour power reserve at full wind. The 5.25mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Retrograde Perpetual Calendar 5496P-001 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe Caliber 324 S QR movement. Its rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and its stamped with the seal of Patek Philippe quality mark. Its constructed with 9 bridges, 361 components, 30 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a Gyromax balance thats adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, and a 21K gold central rotor. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Patek Philippe Retrograde Perpetual Calendar 5496P-001 has a platinum case inspired by the classic 1930s Calatrava Reference 96.
