Because I considered giving this watch to my daughter, I wound the watch and verified that it keeps time well (at least for the 2 hours 38 minutes I tracked it). But she is more of a digital watch kid. This is a small watch so its probably for Ladies. I found a provenance file, which I have not independently tried to verify, and do not warrant to be correct: State of the art MIDO Swiss automatic wind movement. 40s vintage. The movement is an excellent AS based caliber with 17 jewels with top finish. The movement is working well, keeping good time. 100% Original MIDO stainless steel high quality midsize case, as most MIDO watches; with original MIDO signed crown and minty crystal. 100% original dial with very light patina, most beautiful in distinctive style with sub seconds hand. Measures 28mm side to side (excluding crown) and 35mm lug to lug. Brand new genuine leather band in dark brown. My father-in-law had a collection of watches that I could not bear to dispose of in bulk. Im trying to honor his memory by selling each of his watches one at a time.
