Das Quarz-Uhrwerk sorgt fr eine przise Zeitmessung und die Anzeige im analogen Format gibt einen klassischen Look. Doch das Besondere an dieser Uhr sind die zustzlichen Funktionen wie der Taschenrechner und der Alarm, die sie zu einem praktischen Begleiter im Alltag machen. Seiko Armbanduhr Vintage Calculator-Alarm (C359-5000). Japan J. Boden-Referenznummer: 964800. Die Batterie ist frisch (Mai 2023), zusätzlich wurde der O-Ring des Batteriefaches erneuert. Einen weiteren Ersatz-O-Ring lege ich beim Kauf ebenfalls bei. Das LCD Display ist scharf und alle Segmente funktionieren tadellos. Die Zeitmessung ist ebenfalls zuverlässig. Der Alarm, sowie der Stundenton funktionieren bestens. Der Taschenrechner-Modus funktioniert nicht immer zuverlässig. In manchen Fällen bleibt das Display beim Druck auf den unteren linken Drücker blank, ein weiterer Druck führt dann, wie sonst auch, in den Einstellmodus für den Alarm, dann weiter zur Zeiteinstellung. Das Glühlämpchen zur Displaybeleuchtung ist intakt (Drücker links oben). Beim Druck rechts oben wird das Datum und die Tageshälfte angezeigt. Rechts unten zeigt die eingestellte Alarmzeit an, ein gleichzeitiger Druck rechts oben schaltet Stundenton bzw. Alarm ein oder aus. Das Armband ist in perfektem Zustand, der Schlitten zur Größenverstellung funktioniert bestens und arretiert fest, die Schließe rastet satt und fest. Diese charmante, alte Seiko Digitaluhr wurde entdeckt im und erworben aus dem Fundus eines Uhrmachers, der diese Jahrzehnte lang im Lager hatte, also New Old Stock. Leider waren die Lagerbedingungen nicht optimal, so dass doch die eine oder andere kleine Spur zu finden ist. Gemessen am Alter (um 1980) ist der Zustand aber extrem gut (siehe Fotos), die Uhr war bis zu meinem Kauf ungetragen. Von mir wurde sie etwa fünf mal getragen und ansonsten gut gepflegt und in einer Uhrbox gelagert. Ich biete sie hier zum Kauf an, da sie bei mir leider viel zu selten getragen wird und ich sie als reines Sammelstück zu schade finde. Der Versand erfolgt sicher und gut geschützt in einer Uhrbox einer anderen Marke - die Originalverpackung ist leider nicht vorhanden.
