1972 Vintage TISSOT VISODATE SEASTAR c.782-1 ref. 41500 Wristwatch 33,6 mm. Sie befindet sich im getragenem Zustand. Uhr läuft. Maße ohne Krone 33,6 mm. Viel Spass beim Bieten! A beautiful collectors time piece circa ‘1972’ Omega Seamaster 20 micron gold plated reference 176.005. This complication time piece has been recently inspected by an Omega specialist with no issues to report, in perfect running order keeping accurate time and date with all chronograph registers and pushers correctly functioning. Accompanied with its original presentation boxes, original manual, authorised agent ‘R.B Wigfull & Son Ltd’ service card guarantee dated 5th of August 1980 and original guarantee dated 12th of July 1973 issued by authorised dealer ‘R.B Wigfull Plymouth’ **Please note, the sections on last page of the guarantee booklet which registers the serial numbers and buyer details have been cut out and destroyed by previous owner to obscure Identity - 26 pages remaining in total*.*. Wearing the original gold plated (REF) M1O 14KT link Omega bracelet which fits a large gents wrist upto 7.8 inches in circumference, can be adjusted to a smaller size within the clasp or by removing links. Would be a great addition to any serious watch collection or as a family heirloom for enjoyment for many years to come! This is an amazing Omega watch with the nick name ‘Jedi’ - On the wrist that has a truly unique aesthetic. The large 20 micron gold plated ‘TV’ case is in solid condition and the watch retains all its original parts. The dial and tachymeter ring are in good condition as is the lume. This was a watch that was clearly worn and loved in the past, but has a great wabi-sabi aesthetic. It is easy to be infatuated with this purposeful design. One cannot articulate well the physical difference in demeanour that the vintage piece brings to the table. It’s more of a feeling that comes with the texture of scratches, feeling of solidity, and solid sweep of a gold chronograph hand. With its applied logo, deep tritium, sunburst choco dial, and mega gold case, one should be willing to bet it all on black for this 176.005. Its bezel is correct and it comes fitted to a correct link bracelet. The Seamaster is keeping perfect time and recently benefited from a full inspection by marque specialist with no issues to report. Most underrated and undervalued collectors chronograph. A bargain compared to rivals of the era such as the ‘Daytona Cosmograph’ which are achieving in excess of £60K in similar condition. Albeit a mystery why the comparative ‘Seamasters’ are going for a song, clearly sleepers waiting to explode! You can never go wrong with a Seamaster. That sense of self-satisfaction at having something subtly different, something which most people won't recognise. Especially if you’re wearing ‘176.005’. Sunburst chocolate dial with lovely patina, gold gilt pointed baton hands with aged luminous inserts, matching spear chronograph stop watch seconds hand as well as a Omega logo at ‘12’ with a engine turned step sub dial at 6 with a further register at ‘9’ o clock. Date window at ‘3’ o clock, raised concave gold gilt aged lume filled baton indexes with creamy aged lume plots sitting behind, an outer chapter ring featuring minute markers and seconds indices. The dial is in overall beautiful vintage condition. Dial has micro marks commensurate with age and everyday wear not noticeable to the naked eye unless under magnification. The Original Case/Bezel: 20 micron factory gold plated case measuring a generous 42mm width x 13.5mm depth x 50mm height with out crown including lugs, case is in good solid condition for the age - Has surface scratches associated with plated Steel commensurate with everyday wear and age. This movement featuring complications was Omega’s first automatic. Keeping accurate time and in excellent condition. Recently benefited from an inspection by a marque specialist watchmaker keeping perfect time with all registers functioning correctly.
